DOBBS DRAFTED #1 BY MEMPHIS

The day camden68 took over the Memphis franchise, he knew right away that he had his work cut out for him. With a ML team with severely lacking talent and a minor league system to match, he knew it was imperative to get as much talent as he possibly could. Sitting with the #1 pick in this season's amateur draft, cam knew getting an impact player was a no-brainer. Welcome Mr. Donatello Dobbs. The Memphis franchise gladly chose the Olathe, Colorado native first overall, and they see the 18-year-old lefty as part of their future. Dobbs possesses great control, and is equally effective against both lefties and righties. Dobbs has great velocity, but his best two pitches are his change-up and curveball. He lacks the stamina that most scouts crave, but he can easily eat up 230 innings per season. It may be a while before we see Mr. Dobbs in the pros, but that's just how mr. camden likes it. He'll gladly let him marinate in the minors until he's absolutely ready, which means beware to the rest of the league.
