The Chicago Rooftops promoted top prospect LaTroy Cook to the ML roster on 12/11. Ever since the first day he signed with the club, we knew it was only a matter of time before he'd see his first ML action. He's a five tool player who has "SUPERSTAR" written all over him. If Chicago is going to succeed in S10, you can bet Cook will have a lot to do with that.
